Problem:
Sexism at work – manifestations of sexism in the workplace are varied. They can be difficult to prevent, identify, and address.

Objective:
Help companies prevent sexism, and inform, raise awareness, educate, and equip employees to deal with it.

Proposal:
Through a participatory creative process, organize collaborative workshops within companies from different sectors and regions, allowing participants (men and women) to share their experiences with sexism – as victims and as witnesses. The information collected during these sessions will be compiled in an app called “#ReplyToo.” Anyone who wishes can consult it and contribute to it.

Differentiating aspects:

  • A comprehensive working method that enables prevention, information, awareness, education, and equipping employees; that involves men and gives a voice to both victims and witnesses;

  • The creation of a collaborative tool that does not yet exist;

  • Quantifying workplace sexism (statistical tool).
