Valérie
My principles and values
I approach work the same way I approach health: as a living system.
Organizational dysfunctions are signals of deeper imbalances. Real, lasting change starts by addressing root causes—not just symptoms. Transformation begins with truth: an honest look at what works and what doesn’t.
Change is uncomfortable, but growth requires leaning into discomfort. What we resist often persists; ignoring problems only gives them more power.
I believe in:
Listening deeply: to people and teams, to truly understand the culture.
Building trust: creating environments where collaboration thrives.
Accountability & responsibility: fostering ownership at every level.
Bottom-up change processes: empowering voices across the organization.
Safe, creative spaces: where people feel safe to express their thoughts and needs, safe to experiment and take initiative.
Work systems, like health systems, need care and attention. My mission is to help organizations heal and grow sustainably.
Christian
My principles and values (after reflecting on my career and what has consistently driven me):
Share knowledge openly: the power of knowledge comes from sharing it, not from protecting it.
Put people at the center: organizations are the sum of the individuals who compose them, and culture is the sum of their behaviors and beliefs.
Base decisions on evidence and value: decision-making should be depoliticized, moving from emotion to facts.
Operate ethically and transparently: work must serve the organization as a whole, not specific individuals.
Collaborate across cultures: I enjoy and have the ability to act as a translator between organizations and people.
Focus on long-term, sustainable outcomes: my satisfaction comes from leaving the client knowing the change will last.
