Strategic Imagination
Our manifesto
We thrive at the intersection of Art, Business, and Innovation, where artistic, artificial, and collective intelligence blend. Our goal is to push traditional boundaries and inspire true connection & creativity. We are driven by the ability to solve complex challenges and create meaningful experiences that resonate.
collective knowledge
We believe innovation flourishes when everyone has a voice. That means designing spaces that are inclusive by default: socially, culturally, and numerically. We integrate accessible tools, diverse participation, and equitable practices into all our workshops and consulting processes.

Why Shake?
Many studies show that most projects, whether technological or not, do not reach the expected results. The expected benefits are often not achieved.
Organizations often launch projects mainly to follow competitors rather than to innovate or create real distinction. AI is a clear example of this mindset. This raises two questions:
How to define better projects?
How to carry them out more effectively?
From design to implementation, most projects would benefit from integrating more developed and innovative ideas, stronger creativity, and a wider diversity of opinions and resources. This broader perspective increases empathy for target audiences and gives projects a real innovative dimension.
The founders of Shake Academy reflect these principles: we come from varied professional paths, disciplines, training, and life experiences, which provides a wide and diversified vision.

Our approach is inspired by holistic health, systemic thinking, and creativity labs. We apply these principles to organizations and transformation projects:
Our approach
☻
Understand the root cause
Focus on identifying underlying problems rather than implementing “quick fixes” that only address superficial symptoms. This can be achieved through root cause analysis, using tools such as the “5 Whys” or the Fishbone Diagram. The goal: ensuring systemic solutions and sustainable improvements.
❋
Understand the organization
An organizational (self-)assessment is essential. Such as active listening to feedback, process and data analysis, and recognition of internal weak signals. This evaluation provides valuable insights into strategic decisions, employee well-being, and organizational culture. All dimensions (Leavitt’s Diamond) are closely interconnected.
✦
Engage competent experts
Involve expert consultants, coaches, and specialized teams to support diagnosis, collect feedback, and guide improvement initiatives. These professionals bring objective perspectives and tailored interventions to address complex organizational needs. Their diversity fuels creativity and innovation in the solutions provided.
✿
Prioritize organizational health
Acknowledge the essential role of collective well-being (cultural, emotional, and mental) within the organization. Nurture an environment that encourages transparency, resilience, and proactive care for all stakeholders. In other words: take care of the culture.
Mouvement &
Nature matter
Let’s shake it
on uh uh!
Modern work culture often keeps people indoors, sitting for hours under artificial light. Yet human beings are not built for stillness or confinement. Our brains and bodies evolved in motion, in connection with natural environments.
Research by Stephen and Rachel Kaplan on Attention Restoration Theory shows that exposure to nature replenishes our cognitive resources, reduces stress, and restores focus. Conversely, a lack of movement and contact with nature has been directly linked to higher risks of burnout, anxiety, and cognitive fatigue.
A Stanford study (2014) demonstrated that walking boosts creative output by up to 60% compared to sitting still. This is not just theory: leaders like Steve Jobs famously held walking meetings to foster open dialogue and generate breakthrough ideas. Walking side by side reduces hierarchy, encourages honesty, and creates a flow of thought that rarely happens in a boardroom.
At Shake Academy, we integrate these insights into our methodology: creativity and problem-solving flourish when people move, breathe, and reconnect with natural rhythms. Innovation does not only come from new technologies or frameworks but it also comes from walking outside together, letting the body and mind align.
Replacing traditional meetings with movement-driven sessions where teams walk, observe, and reflect together in nature. This promotes clarity, deeper conversations, and breakthroughs.
Human-Centered Design
Helping organizations rethink how they use light, space, and movement in their work environments to stimulate creativity and collective intelligence.
Techniques that integrate physical activity into strategic thinking and ideation, ensuring ideas are not only intellectual but embodied, grounded, and human.
